The wine of Château Laffitte Carcasset is certainly one of the most typical of its appellation due to the vinification, the ageing methods and the care given to it. It has an earthy and tannic taste melted by intensive aromatic notes.
Opinion of our Oenologist:The vintage wine 2003, the year of the heat wave, allowed the obtaining of a very concentrated, very powerful and captivating wine. The nose : we find notes of candied fruits and of toasted. In mouth it shows itself well-balanced already captivating to taste.Tasting not before 2010-2015

Andreas Larsson Very rich and generous nose, dark fruits, plums and blackberries, good ripeness, the palate is rich and structured, the tannins are well integrated, nice fruit and a long finish, it drinks well already so let’s follow it and see how the nose and palate will develop.
